Users are requested to read and understand this policy carefully before purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I. Description of product and service types<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Platform offers the following two main types of products and services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>secret shield<\/strong><strong>Encrypted storage service (annual subscription,<\/strong><strong>USD<\/strong><strong>6<\/strong><strong>99\/year)<\/strong>It is a digital subscription service and is based on a Secret Shield license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>super firewall<\/strong><strong>Gateway<\/strong><strong>Services (Hardware)<\/strong><strong>\u00a0+ security services.<\/strong><strong>USD<\/strong><strong>\u00a01<\/strong><strong>6<\/strong><strong>99\/year)<\/strong>\u2028Includes physical firewall appliance and accompanying ongoing security services. Refund and after-sale rules vary for different products, please pay special attention to users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Two,<\/strong><strong>secret shield<\/strong><strong>Encrypted Storage Service (<\/strong><strong>6<\/strong><strong>99\/year) Refund rules<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Seven-day cooling-off period (unused)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>From the date of acceptance by the user <strong>7 days<\/strong>, if the following conditions are also met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The secret shield has not yet been activated;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No data was uploaded, encrypted or stored;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can request to cancel their order and get <strong>Full refund<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Used services (no refunds supported)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the user has any of the following behaviors during or after the cooling off period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The secret shield has been activated;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any data has been uploaded, encrypted, and stored;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is considered that the encrypted storage service has been actually used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Given that encrypted storage services have <strong>Digitization, irreversibility and security sensitivity<\/strong>, once the service is in use, the subscription service will<strong>Refunds or partial refunds are not supported<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Support for technical issues (not the same as a refund)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the User encounters technical problems during use, the Platform will provide reasonable technical support, system repair or configuration assistance, but this circumstance does not constitute a basis for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>super firewall<\/strong><strong>Gateway<\/strong><strong>Services (<\/strong><strong>1<\/strong><strong>699<\/strong><strong>\/year) Refund rules<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>goods not yet dispatched<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Before the order has been shipped, the user may request to cancel the order and receive a<strong>Full refund<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Shipped but unopened\/unactivated<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the user has signed for <strong>7 days<\/strong>\uff0c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firewall equipment remains intact, unopened and inactive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns may be requested. Upon confirmation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The cost of equipment is refundable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logistics costs already incurred are borne by the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Unpacked or activated (refunds not supported)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Service is considered to have begun if the firewall appliance has been unpacked, installed, or the security service has been activated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Activated service fees <strong>Refunds are not supported<\/strong>\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In principle, we do not support the return of equipment without quality problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quality Underwriting<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the device has a confirmed hardware quality problem or a functional defect recognized by the platform, the user may apply for a repair, exchange or, if necessary, negotiate a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IV. Methods and time limits for refunds<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General refunds will be made in <strong>7-14 working days<\/strong>\u00a0Completed within;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actual arrival time may vary depending on the payer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V.
