Description of product and service types<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Platform offers the following two main types of products and services:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>secret shield<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Encrypted storage service (annual subscription,<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>USD<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>6<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>99\/year)<\/b><\/strong>It is a digital subscription service and is based on a Secret Shield license.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>super firewall<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Gateway<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Services (Hardware)<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>+ security services.<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>USD<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a01<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>6<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>99\/year)<\/b><\/strong>\u2028Includes physical firewall appliance and accompanying ongoing security services. Refund and after-sale rules vary for different products, please pay special attention to users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Two,<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>secret shield<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Encrypted Storage Service (<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>6<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>99\/year) Refund rules<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Seven-day cooling-off period (unused)<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>From the date of acceptance by the user <strong><b>7 days<\/b><\/strong>, if the following conditions are also met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The secret shield has not yet been activated;<\/li>\n<li>No data was uploaded, encrypted or stored;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Users can request to cancel their order and get <strong><b>Full refund<\/b><\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Used services (no refunds supported)<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the user has any of the following behaviors during or after the cooling off period:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The secret shield has been activated;<\/li>\n<li>Any data has been uploaded, encrypted, and stored;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is considered that the encrypted storage service has been actually used.<\/p>\n<p>Given that encrypted storage services have <strong><b>Digitization, irreversibility and security sensitivity<\/b><\/strong>, once the service is in use, the subscription service will<strong><b>Refunds or partial refunds are not supported<\/b><\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Support for technical issues (not the same as a refund)<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the User encounters technical problems during use, the Platform will provide reasonable technical support, system repair or configuration assistance, but this circumstance does not constitute a basis for a refund.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>super firewall<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Gateway<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>Services (<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>1<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>699<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\/year) Refund rules<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>goods not yet dispatched<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Before the order has been shipped, the user may request to cancel the order and receive a<strong><b>Full refund<\/b><\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Shipped but unopened\/unactivated<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>After the user has signed for <strong><b>7 days<\/b><\/strong>\uff0c<\/li>\n<li>Firewall equipment remains intact, unopened and inactive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Returns may be requested. Upon confirmation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cost of equipment is refundable;<\/li>\n<li>Logistics costs already incurred are borne by the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Unpacked or activated (refunds not supported)<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Service is considered to have begun if the firewall appliance has been unpacked, installed, or the security service has been activated:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Activated service fees <strong><b>Refunds are not supported<\/b><\/strong>\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>In principle, we do not support the return of equipment without quality problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Quality Underwriting<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the device has a confirmed hardware quality problem or a functional defect recognized by the platform, the user may apply for a repair, exchange or, if necessary, negotiate a refund.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>IV. Methods and time limits for refunds<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account;<\/li>\n<li>General refunds will be made in <strong><b>7-14 working days<\/b><\/strong>Completed within;<\/li>\n<li>Actual arrival time may vary depending on the payer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>V.
