Terms of Use of the Platform (Hong Kong-based with Mainland compatibility)

Last Updated: January 1, 2026 Welcome to the sesdvt platform (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Secure Encryption Storage Limited (hereinafter referred to as "We"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

I. Scope of Application and Definitions
1. These Terms apply to all users who visit, browse, register and use the Platform ("Users").
2. "Digital Vault Service" means the functions of data storage, document management, encrypted safekeeping and data sharing provided by the Platform.
3. "Merchant" means a third party provider of goods or services on the Platform.
4. "Affiliated Services" include payment, logistics, delivery, customer service and other services provided by us or third party partners.

Account registration and management
1. Users must be at least 18 years old to register an account. If you are a Mainland user, you need to comply with the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
2. Users should ensure the authenticity and completeness of the registration information and update it in a timely manner if there are any changes.
3. Users should keep their account information in a safe place and should not lend, transfer or share their account with others.
4. notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

III. Permission to use the Platform
We grant User a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform Services for the purposes of these Terms.
Users are not allowed:
- Reverse engineering, replicating, selling or renting platform functionality;
- Use the platform to engage in illegal, fraudulent, money laundering, copyright infringement and malicious attacks;
- Unauthorized collection, crawling or copying of other users' information;
- Breaking system security and attempting to bypass technical protections.

IV. Commodity trading, payment and logistics
1. By placing an order on the Platform, the user agrees to the product description, price and delivery method.
2. The Platform uses a third-party payment provider, and user payment information will be transmitted through encrypted transmission.
3. The logistics is provided by the cooperative logistics provider, if the delay is caused by customs, weather, force majeure, we do not bear the responsibility of direct loss.
4. In the event of a return or refund, the Platform's Returns and Refunds Policy must be adhered to.

V. A few service specifications for treasury services
1. Users can upload documents, certificates, contracts and other information to the Digital Vault and the uploaded content should be legal and free of malicious programs.
2. The Platform uses encryption and access control to protect user data, but users should also assume reasonable obligations to back up their data.
3. We will endeavor to assist in the restoration of data damage caused by force majeure or third-party system failure, but will not be liable beyond what is permitted by law.

VI. Content and Intellectual Property Rights
1. All contents of the Platform (including text, images, program code, system architecture, etc.) are protected by copyright law.
2. Users are not allowed to copy, modify, re-distribute, or distribute the contents of the Platform without authorization.
3. The user guarantees that the content uploaded by the user does not constitute an infringement of copyright.

VII. Limitation of Liability (in compliance with the requirements of the laws of Hong Kong)
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Platform shall not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profits or corruption of data;
- Our total liability to the User for all damages arising out of the use of the Platform is capped at the amount of fees (if any) paid by the User for the current occasion.

Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of platform rules;
- Suspicion of illegal activities, fraud, money laundering;
- Multiple malicious orders, harassment of merchants or users;
- Government or regulatory agency requirements.

IX. Applicable Laws and Dispute Resolution
1. If the User is located in Hong Kong, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
2. If the user is located in Mainland China, the user should also comply with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and other relevant laws and regulations.
3. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first negotiate a settlement, failing which they shall institute legal proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction.
