I. What information we collect (PDPO + PIPL Dual Standard)

1. the information you volunteered
- Name, phone number, mailbox, address;
- Account login information;
- Order, payment and logistics information;
- Real name business information, business information;
- Files uploaded to the Digital Vault (protected by strict encryption).
2. Information gathered automatically
- Device information, IP, and browsing history;
- Preference information collected by cookies and tracking technologies;
- Platform operating logs and risk monitoring information.
3. Third-party data
- The payment status returned by the payment provider;
- Distribution records returned by the logistics company.

How we use your information

We use your information for:
1. fulfill orders (payment, shipment, customer service);
2. Provide digital vault services (encrypted storage, document management);
3. Identity verification, fraud prevention and risk control monitoring;
4. Improve the product and user experience;
5. for the purpose of sending service notices or marketing messages (with the possibility of unsubscribing at any time), with your consent.

How we share your information

We do not sell any personal information and will only share it under the following circumstances:
- Payment organization (completes payment transactions);
- Logistics companies (to complete distribution);
- Cloud service and security provider (data storage, system security);
- Required by law to be provided by the government or a regulatory body.
All third parties are subject to data privacy obligations.

Data storage and security

1. We use encrypted transmission, access control and multiple authentication to protect user information.
2. the data may be stored in a cloud server in Hong Kong, Mainland China or outside Hong Kong (legal requirements will be complied with).
3. Files uploaded to the Digital Vault by users are stored in an encrypted manner and cannot be accessed by anyone without authorization.

V. Instructions for cross-border transmission (required in Hong Kong and prompted by mainland users)

If the data need to be transferred outside Hong Kong, we will ensure that the recipient complies with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the Mainland PIPL for cross-border transfers.

VI. Users' rights (under PDPO + PIPL)

You're entitled:
- Enquire about the information we hold about you;
- Request for correction of inaccurate information;
- Withdrawal of consent (without prejudice to the legality of the treatment prior to withdrawal);
- Log out of your account and request deletion of data (unless otherwise required by law).

If the user is a minor, a guardian's consent is required to use the Platform.

viii. update of the privacy policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, and we will notify users of such updates by posting them on the Platform or by other means.
